The Sea-Keeper 5 Gyro Motion Stabiliser, is just one of the great additional features fitted to this 2008 Clipper Heritage 40.
The Gyro was professionally fitted, to improve on-board comfort when lying at anchor and also by reducing rolling motion, which can sometimes be experienced, whilst steaming at cruise speed.
The benefits of “at rest” stabilisation on monohull vessels, are well documented and owners’ claim an improvement of what “feels like” 80% to 90% in roll reduction at anchor!
