The Clipper 40 is a much "sought after" vessel with a strong reputation for reliability, safety, comfort and economy.
This vessel offers a timeless and proven semi-displacement design, built on a solid, hand-laid fibreglass hull and powered by a reliable and economical, shaft drive Cummins diesel.
Hydraulic Roll Stabilisers are not common on a vessel of this size however, they were fitted to this one to enhance her long distance cruising ability and to add a layer of comfort for her owners.
For boat owners who have experienced the benefits, stabilisers become a desirable addition on all future vessels.
With coastal cruising on the agenda, a Water Maker was also fitted, as well as both bow and stern thrusters, for ease of docking and moving around different marinas.
An Onan generator provides 240v power for air-conditioning, an all electric galley and of course, the excellent Village water-maker.
The tender with outboard attached is carried on a custom stainless cradle aft of the flybridge deck and is easily lifted into position by the 200kg electric davit.
Accommodation is provided in two cabins, with a single bathroom which includes an electric head, hand basin and seperate shower cubicle.
