When the original owners of this beautiful Cordova 45 placed the build order, they included a long list of factory upgrades and options. The first was twin Cummins QSB 440hp diesel engines and this was followed by a 600kg lift hydraulic swim platform and a 350kg lift hydraulic davit on the flybridge.

In addition to the items listed above, the current owner has recently replaced the House batteries with two 350amp/hr dry cell units, giving a capacity of 700amp/hrs for House power. Main engine start batteries were also replaced with two, 155amp/hr/1000 cca, dry cell cranking batteries. There is also two original 200 amp/hr cranking bafor the bow thruster and anchor windlass (still in good condition) and a new 85amp/hr for the generator.

Large helm area covered by an FRP hardtop, with clears on front and both sides. Single central helm chair, with ample seating in two “L” shaped lounges with a small FRP table. Full analogue engine instrumentation at helm with central Raymarine GPS Chart Plotter/Fish Finder/Radar display, Auto Pilot, VHF marine radio, chain counter, electronic engine controls, engine start/stop, bow thruster control, trim tab controls, spot light controls and Fusion sound system controls. Timber wheel on steering helm. Storage area under flybridge brow and under lounge seating. Wet Bar aft of seating area with storage under, an FRP lid, a 12v bar fridge, sink including hot/cold taps and electric BBQ grill. An ADC full hydraulic function crane is fitted on the starboard side aft flybridge deck and a stainless tender cradle is fitted outside the aft railings, with an AB 3.3m RIB tender and 20hp 4 stroke Mercury outboard.
Modern all electric galley opposite the lower helm station, featuring Isotherm stainless double door fridge/freezer, double stainless steel sink with quality faucet, two burner ceramic cooktop, convection micro-wave oven, Staron bench tops with built in rubbish storage. Various storage cupboards and drawers including overhead cupboard on port side. Opening port side window with insect screen, teak and holly timber flooring. “U” shaped lounge with teak top hi-low dining table, sliding opening windows with insect screens, air conditioned, various storage doors and draws, pop up TV from cabinet on starboard side. Roll down blinds on windows and aft double stainless doors.
The master cabin is forward featuring double bed and adjoining ensuite. The guest cabin is situated on the port side fitted with two single beds. There is also an infill which converts the beds to a large double size. The single two-way bathroom, with seperate full size shower cubicle, has an access door from the companionway making it versatile for use as a day head if required. All portholes are insect screened and there are 12v wall fans as well as air-conditioning.
Cockpit and Swim Platform:
The cockpit has a moulded FRP staircase leading up to the flybridge deck through a stainless hatch. There is also a deck hatch, giving access to the Lazaretto and a stainless seat across the transom with Sunbrella covered cushions. There is an FRP chest fridge with adjustable temperature control on the starboard side, a storage cupboard under the staircase on the port side, a transom door which gives access to the swim platform and a fixed pedestal table, with stainless leg and teak table top with folding leaves.The ADC hydraulic swim platform is an excellent feature which gives easy access to the water for swimming, as well as providing a “raise and lower” platform for tenders or jet skis to be carried and easily launched to the water.
